Flight Approved Records was conceived in 2001 as a means to release the Pteranodon material recorded by Jeff Suthers and Shannon Stein. Since then, many other recording projects and bands have emerged and Flight Approved has grown with them. Flight Approved's current roster includes MOONSPEED, TREEVERB, ORBITEER, BRIGHT CHANNEL, PTERANODON, and VOLPLANE - all various past and present projects of Suthers & Stein.
